Step 1
Book online
Choose your battery plan and pickup time, and send the $10 booking fee with your unique reference.
Step 2
We verify
Staff check your payment, deposit and documents, then confirm your booking by email.
Step 3
Pick up & ride
Your bike is prepared and ready from the next day. Collect it at 185F Burwood Rd with your ID and visa.
Online booking is a request, not automatic confirmation - your booking is confirmed once staff verify your payment and deposit. Bikes are returned before 4:00 PM on the agreed return date.
