Deposits are fully refunded within 10 business days of return, less any damage, loss or outstanding fees.

If your bike is stolen while covered, you pay only a flat Lost eBike Search Fee instead of the full replacement cost. If the bike is not recovered within 48 hours, a replacement e-bike is provided.
